Mr. Davis is a results-driven attorney dedicated to exceeding client expectations. He was admitted to the Florida Bar after earning a Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), graduating cum laude while receiving a certificate in Sports and Entertainment Law (with Honors). He served as the Chair of the Trial Advocacy Board and was inducted into the law school’s Trial Advocacy Hall of Fame. Mr. Davis is currently a member of the Dean’s Leadership Circle and the Lamar Order at The University of Mississippi. As a multi-generational Florida native, Mr. Davis attended the University of Florida for undergraduate studies, graduating cum laude and holding various leadership roles from student government to his fraternity.
Mr. Davis is routinely asked to give presentations and assist in advocacy for the community association industry. He is a member of The Community Association Institute and holds various committee and leadership roles within the organization. Mr. Davis was a licensed community association manager and later served as President of a Community Association Management company, providing him with experience in all aspects of association operations and law.
In addition to his role as Managing Partner, Mr. Davis actively represents clients in real estate litigation matters and disputes involving real property, contract and business disputes, commercial litigation, construction litigation, lien foreclosure cases, money judgment enforcement, and other civil litigation and transactional matters.
Mr. Davis is licensed to practice in federal and state courts in Florida, routinely bringing successful resolutions to the various representative matters he is involved with. Those representative matters include, but are not limited to:
Representative Matters
CONDOMINIUM AND HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION LAW
- Represents associations in legal and contractual disputes with vendors.
- Assists associations with partition and sale of common property for redevelopment.
- Regularly assists associations with the developer turnover process and disputes.
- Routinely acting as general counsel for associations throughout the state of Florida.
- Provides education and mentorship to board members and community association managers on the Florida Condominium Act, the Florida Homeowners’ Association Act, and the Florida Non-Profit Corporation Act.
- Regularly acts as litigation counsel for associations throughout the state of Florida.
BUSINESS LITIGATION
- Routinely represents businesses in contractual disputes, obtaining favorable final judgments for the clients.
- Successfully mediated settlement between two entrepreneurs in a contractual dispute over the purchase and sale agreement for a limited liability company.
- Assisted a franchisor in negotiating a franchise agreement to expand into a new market.
- Representation of a large client resulted in a six-figure judgment in the client’s favor.

- Representation of commercial landlords in eviction cases.
- Representation of clients in eminent domain actions.

- Assisted land developers concerning issues with local government authorities that hindered ongoing construction projects.
Today, Mr. Davis resides in Jacksonville, Florida, and enjoys spending time with friends and family outside of work.
